01. How do we book you for the wedding?
Once you’ve selected your preferred package, we’ll send over a contract and invoice. To officially secure your date, we require a signed agreement along with a non-refundable retainer fee (typically 25–30% of your total package cost). The remaining balance is due closer to your wedding day. We recommend booking as early as possible, since popular dates tend to fill quickly.
02. Do you travel for destination weddings?
Absolutely! We love capturing love stories in new and beautiful places. Willow Whisper Photography is available for destination weddings both within the U.S. and internationally. Travel and accommodation fees may apply depending on the location, and we’ll provide a customized quote during the booking process. Our goal is to make the experience seamless, so you can focus on your day while we handle the logistics.
03. How do you handle family photos on the wedding day?
We know how important family portraits are, so we approach them with a balance of efficiency and care. Before your wedding, we’ll work with you to create a detailed shot list of family groupings to ensure no one is missed. On the day of, we’ll coordinate with your designated family member or wedding planner to help gather everyone quickly and smoothly. This allows us to capture meaningful family memories while keeping the process stress-free and leaving plenty of time for you to enjoy the celebration.
04. Do you offer engagement sessions?
Yes! Engagement sessions are one of our favorite ways to connect with couples before the wedding day. They provide the perfect opportunity to get comfortable in front of the camera, showcase your personalities, and capture beautiful images that can be used for save-the-dates, invitations, or décor on your wedding day.
